Drawing with charcoal and gel pens to produce images for a colourful collage of ancient trees, bird and bat boxes and their secret interiors.  Workshop run by Heather Hodgson (painter) and Jennifer Hall (printmaker/sculptor)

Two separate sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon for children and adults which will take you out into the landscape and introduce you to ancient trees, bird boxes and bat boxes.  We will hear all about how the boxes help the wildlife and at the same time do some drawing. Then we will go back to the Discovery Centre to make a fun collage using the drawings as reference.  No experience required.  Maximum 20 per session.

When: Saturday 16 January 2016, 10.00 – 12.30 and 13.30 – 16.00 (two sessions)
