Drawing with charcoal and gel pens to produce images for a colourful transfer monoprint of ancient trees, and the secret lives that inhabit their foliage and branches.  Workshop run by Karenza Jackson (printmaker/painter) and Jennifer Hall (printmaker/sculptor)

Two separate sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon for children and adults which will take you out into the landscape and introduce you to ancient trees.  We will hear all about the wildlife that inhabit their foliage and branches and at the same time do some drawing. Then we will go back to the Discovery Centre to make some fun transfer monoprints using the drawings as reference.  No experience required.  Maximum 20 per session.
